The minimum number of participants for Kamer 237 is two and the maximum is six people. Are you with more than six people? Then play Kamer 237 in two teams in a row. This gives a nice battle, which team Kamer 237 manages to escape the fastest. The waiting team can enjoy a nice game and a drink in our hotel bar.
If you decide to play Kamer 237 with two people, you will get 10 minutes extra playing time to optimally enjoy our luxury suite.
The Concierge is an escape room especially for two people.
Escape room Lost and Found is suitable for 3 to 6 people, where we advise a number of 4 people as the ideal group. The room is also playable with 2 people, but be aware that you will face a big challenge, also when you are a experienced player.
For safety reasons and gaming experience, we never deviate from the maximum number of players per game round. If you come with a larger group, you can of course also book several escape rooms at the same time.
The reserved time is the start time of the game. We ask participants to be at the location 15 minutes before the start time. There is plenty of opportunity to explain the game and to store your personal belongings.
Do you want to cancel the reservation?
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the reserved time and you can opt for 100% money back or a voucher code with which a new reservation can be made free of charge. Cancellation is only possible via the link in the confirmation email.
- Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the start of the reserved time, in case of cancellation, only a voucher code worth 100% will be issued and no money will be refunded. You can cancel by sending an email to info@kamer237.nl
- Within 24 hours before the start of the reserved time, a voucher code worth the purchase amount will be reinforced in the event of cancellation, minus €40 cancellation costs. You can cancel by sending an email to info@kamer237.nl

Kamer 237 is located at Aert Willemsstraat 6, 5408 AL in Volkel and has sufficient (free) parking facilities.
We apply a minimum age of 18 years for Kamer 237, Lost and Found and De Concierge. Are you under 18? Then you can join Room 237 and Lost and Found from the age of 14, accompanied by at least two adults.
Reservations are made via our website, after which you pay and complete your reservation directly via iDeal, Bancontact, Credit Card or PayPal. You will immediately receive a confirmation in your mailbox after payment. Double-check all the information in the confirmation email. All our escape rooms are fully playable in both Dutch and English.
We use a fixed rate of €140,- per game for Kamer 237 up to 6 people.
For De Concierge this is a fixed rate of €85,- per game.
For The Lost and Found this is a fixed rate of €155,- per game.
There is a chance that you will have to climb or crawl in the Escape Room. As a result, Kamer 237, De Concierge and Lost and Found are not suitable for people in a wheelchair.
